Lessing’s to Elevate
Three Village Inn
Brand – Reuge Seen
as Cornerstone
"We are so excited
to have a chef of
Guy's stature
joining our family;
it's a win-win for
Lessing’s and our
customers,” stated
Peter Lessing,
Division Manager.
“As we begin this
process of elevating
our brand, Guy is a
key component. Since
acquiring the Three
Village Inn our
vision has been to
take this historic
and successful Inn
and make it the
best. We take great
pride in the Inn’s
heritage as a
gathering place for
the community and
look forward to
continuing that
while also offering
a truly unique and
exceptional dining
experience.” A much
needed capital
improvement program
will coincide with
Reuge’s arrival and
a refurbishment of
dining rooms,
banquet rooms and
ultimately the
lodging space is
currently underway.
States Reuge, “It
was a great 25 years
at Mirabelle in St.
James and I look
forward to this next
chapter – not only
for Mirabelle – but
for our customers
and for myself.”
Reuge is perhaps
Long Island’s most
celebrated cuisinier,
having garnered La
Toque d’Argent (one
of the culinary
world’s prized
accolades) along
with being named
“Chef of the Year”
by the Maitres
Cuisiniers de
France.
